Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required
  • Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts
  • Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services
  • Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies
  • Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled
