Summary
Join SupportYourApp as a Customer Support Consultant and contribute to the success of leading SaaS, Software, or Hardware solutions. Work remotely in a multicultural and multilingual environment, mastering new skills and achieving challenging goals with a People First management approach. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat, building positive relationships and collaborating with stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, ensuring secure handling of sensitive customer information, and applying best practices for customer happiness.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year in customer support is a must-have
- Analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers’ needs and concerns
- Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong ability to quickly learn and work with multiple software tools and platforms
- Proven capability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and multitask without sacrificing quality
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as hotels, booking platforms, and service partners
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in the tourism industry
