Join Valatam as a Bilingual Outbound BDR and work remotely from Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua. This role involves prospecting and contacting potential clients to schedule discovery calls for US and Canadian businesses. You will utilize provided tools to add leads, update CRM, make calls, and perform manual outreach. Meeting a weekly KPI of 5 qualified sales calls allows for flexible work hours. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, experience with CRM and outreach tools, and a minimum of one year of BDR experience. Requirements
- Possess C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
- Have experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools
- Have 1+ years of BDR experience, sales experience, outsourcing or staffing industry experience, and outbound calling/discovery call scheduling experience
- Be an independent, problem solver, adaptable, and possess great communication skills. Must LOVE cold-calling and the art of selling
- Be graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
- Have a quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Have stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- Have a laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
- Have access to a quiet "home office"
- Have access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Add 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (Apollo.io) email & LinkedIn sequences daily
- Keep Hubspot CRM updated
- Make 100 phone calls daily
- Perform high-touch manual outreach
- Perform manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn
- Track activities daily in a scorecard
- Attend daily huddles and weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team
- Experiment with FB/Twitter outreach
- Engage in community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services)
- Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning
