Summary

Join PartnerStack, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing SaaS company marketing, as an Outbound Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will design and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings with mid-market and enterprise accounts. Leveraging a modern marketing tech stack (including Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, and Keyplay.io), you will build and optimize automated workflows. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams, particularly on ABM programs, is crucial. You will analyze campaign performance and maintain accurate records. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS environment and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and executing successful outbound campaigns
  • Technical proficiency and experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messaging
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A growth mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving results

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute highly targeted outbound campaigns focused on generating qualified meetings with MM and ENT accounts
  • Develop and optimize automated outbound workflows using a modern marketing tech stack, including tools such as Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, and Keyplay.io
  • Articulate PartnerStack's technical value proposition and tailor messaging to specific target audiences and use cases
  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts and contacts, leveraging data and insights to prioritize outreach efforts
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align outbound campaigns with ABM programs and overall revenue goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve results
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of outbound activities and lead progression

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Keyplay.io, or similar technologies
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
