Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and processes
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with InDesign, Canva or other print media design software
  • Experience with Act-On, Emarsys, Email Studio, Pardot or other robust email marketing platform
  • Ability to write engaging, action-driving, and grammatically correct copy
  • Ability to use conditional logic to segment audiences
  • Knowledge of how to comply with CAN-SPAM laws
  • Thorough understanding customer segmentation & targeting theories & processes
  • Quarterly, Yearly, or Cyclical improvement of email metrics such as open rate, click through rates, and revenue per email
  • Quarterly, Yearly, or Cyclical increases in number campaigns and/or campaign strategies executed
  • Continual clean up, and organization of email campaigns, automations, segments, contacts, and other object used within the email service platform

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing strategies, automation logic, content, and delivery
  • Ownership of direct mail and email efforts across multiple brands, including but not limited to customer segmentation, approval of proofs and coordination/negotiation with vendors, and touchpoint automation
  • Collaboration with all channel marketers on list data and campaign release schedules
  • Research and utilize engagement marketing best practices
  • Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects email marketing execution
  • Analyze and report metrics on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for testing and optimization
  • Design, prep, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely distribution of mail
  • Sourcing and procurement of state, regulatory and/or third-party data sources

Benefits

  • This position will have a base pay between $60,000 - $70,000/year and will be eligible for up to a 5% bonus, paid out annually
