Summary

Join DEGURA, a Berlin-based Insurtech company, and contribute to our mission of simplifying retirement planning. We're looking for a sales professional to identify and qualify potential B2B clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and present our software solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team, utilize CRM tools, and contribute to developing new sales strategies. A successful background in lead generation and B2B SaaS sales is preferred, but we also welcome driven individuals with a passion for sales. Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation and B2B sales acquisition of SaaS products
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients via various channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, webinars, events)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested client companies
  • Make initial contact with various decision-makers (HR, CFO, CEO) and present our software solutions for company pension schemes
  • Collaborate with the entire sales team to hand over qualified leads
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to document and analyze sales opportunities
  • Actively contribute your SaaS expertise to cross-team projects, e.g., with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop new sales approaches and strategies with your team, significantly contributing to DEGURA's growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training
  • Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Interest in innovative and digital sales methods, including attending events and trade shows to speak directly with potential clients
