Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (B2B preferred)
- Clear American accent and strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and goal orientation
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote calling
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to businesses using a provided script or call framework
- Introduce RedfordGCβs services and identify potential client needs
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments with senior team members
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status using CRM tools
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies
