Join a renowned professional training provider as an Outbound Sales Representative to expand their client base in the real estate, mortgage, and stock broker industries in Dallas, Texas. This fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) focuses on outbound calling to pitch free training seminars and half-day sessions, as well as keynote speaking engagements. You will qualify leads, set appointments, conduct market research, and manage the sales pipeline. Success is measured by meeting lead generation and appointment-setting targets, converting prospects into customers, and building a strong pipeline. This is a high-impact sales role offering exposure to high-level business development and the chance to drive key sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or sales development
- Strong command of English (fluent, both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and set appointments with decision-makers
- Comfortable with CRM systems for pipeline management and tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly motivated with a strong hunger to succeed and achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with a personable, energetic auraโable to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain a positive, professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of contacts (real estate, mortgage, and stock broker professionals) to pitch free training seminars
- Offer half-day training and keynote speaking engagements to businesses, focusing on delivering value through professional development
- Qualify prospects through targeted sales conversations, ensuring they meet the criteria for the training sessions or keynote speaking engagements
- Set qualified appointments for further follow-up and service delivery, working closely with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Conduct research to identify new contacts and companies in the Dallas, Texas area that may benefit from the clientโs training services
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure outreach is relevant and effective
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and successful conversion of prospects into clients
- Maintain accurate records of communications, client information, and sales activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Market research experience to identify new contacts, leads, and business opportunities within the target industries
- Previous exposure to training or speaking services or understanding the value of professional development in the business world is a plus
