Outbound Setter

Summary

Join Decentralized Masters as an Outbound Setter and be the first point of contact for potential high-value clients. Your main responsibility will be qualifying and assessing incoming leads to ensure only the most qualified prospects reach the sales team. This role demands a strategic approach, excellent communication, and the ability to clearly explain our products' value. You will manage leads across various channels, conduct initial assessments, engage clients, and schedule consultations. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification is also expected. This is a full-time, fully remote position offering competitive compensation, unlimited PTO, and a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar setting or lead qualification role, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex products/services and convey their value to potential clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
• Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services
• Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria
