Outside Sales Account Executive

Summary

Quansight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to build a robust network of clients, drive revenue growth, and execute sales strategies for their consulting business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in senior sales roles, strong leadership skills, excellent prospecting abilities, strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and experience within the consulting or open-source software industry.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, preferably within the consulting or open-source software industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and growing a sales team
• Excellent prospecting and networking abilities, with a history of generating new business
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, preferably Pipedrive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with leadership, sales engineers, and marketing to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends and demands and customer needs
