Responsibilities
- Direct, oversee, and build a team of business development specialists to fulfill business goals and objectives
- Proactively explore new markets and pinpoint potential business prospects in the peer-to-peer industry
- Work in tandem with affiliate teams to recruit vendors for several target markets and manage vendor integration
- Sustain trading liquidity and improve user engagement through reward systems, events, and various initiatives
- Collect and suggest product enhancements and necessities from the standpoint of users and vendors
- Manage and rectify irregular orders, and respond to vendor queries
- Compile and condense various operational documents, FAQs, and other pertinent materials
- Monitor and evaluate business segment data, be accountable for crucial business metrics, and continuously refine related work based on data-driven insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the peer-to-peer sector is desirable
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese will be greatly beneficial
