Requirements
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads and multi-platform paid social ads
- Proven success in lead generation for services or local businesses (not eCommerce)
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and audience targeting
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools
- Strong creative and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation
- Run complementary campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
- Define goals, budgets, placements, and formats to maximize performance
- Monitor campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement improvements
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to create engaging ads tailored to audience segments and funnel stages
- Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using CRM data and tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, YouTube tracking)
- Prepare clear reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and timelines
