Requirements
- Solid experience in Paid Media and digital marketing, with a track record of driving growth through data-driven performance and continuous campaign optimization
- Mastery of key platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, plus hands-on experience with essential tools like Canva, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, and the full Google Workspace suite
- Sharp analytical skills and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights—especially in dynamic, multicultural environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and results across platforms
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker and problem solver—you see challenges as opportunities and love building smart, scalable solutions
- Naturally curious and action-oriented, you're always learning, testing, and iterating to move faster and smarter

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance analysis
- Manage campaign budgets and maintain strong relationships with media platform partners
- Create ad creatives and copy, and propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content
- Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve results
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, CRM, and other teams to align campaign goals and ensure consistency across channels
- Support the launch of new marketing initiatives, including CRM and growth strategies
