The job is for a Paid Media Buyer at a US-based startup in the health, wellness, and beauty sector.   • Proven experience in paid media buying and optimization on Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of the DTC marketing playbook and experience implementing successful DTC campaigns
  • Expertise in localization strategies for paid media, including geo-targeting and geo-fencing
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams


  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and potentially other platforms
  • Consistently evaluate and suggest potential changes to account structure across platforms in order to optimize acquisition costs
  • Leverage deep platform expertise to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative execution to maximize ROI
  • Utilize localization techniques, including geo-fencing, to tailor campaigns to specific geographic markets
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, experimenting with new channels and technologies to keep their paid media strategy ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring all paid media activities are cost-effective and deliver on set KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube and YT Shorts is a plus

  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT
  • Work from home
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST
