Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in paid media buying or digital marketing
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- Strong knowledge and experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display networks
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CAC
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge
- Utilize retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint
