Requirements
- 5-10 years in a growth marketing role, where you have been responsible for growing KPIs ideally in a DTC setting
- Hands on paid media experience across META, Google and Amazon
- Critical thinking skills that allow you to go beyond just the numbers and assess creative assets and copy
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and website best practices, as well as growth principles and experimentation methodologies (e.g. A/B testing, Multivariate testing)
- Experience performing data analysis with web analytics data to extract insights or identify optimization opportunities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including with brand marketing, creative teams, paid media teams and product teams
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to be a self-starter, make great decisions quickly, and push initiatives from idea to execution
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and champion new concepts/ideas
- Excellent analytical skills - ability to untangle complex problems by diving deep into data in a methodical manner
- A demonstrated track record of growing a consumer-facing company
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess our paid customer acquisition landscape
- Lead the identification of new and emerging opportunities that can contribute to Mysaβs brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts
- Test & measure messaging that drives conversion with key customer profiles
- Maintain a full-view of the acquisition funnel, diagnose problems, and identify solutions
- Prioritize and assess the impact, effort, and confidence for new channels and experiments
- Own and contribute to small to large scale projects - e.g. create new landing pages or introducing new website experience functionality
- Develop, maintain and evolve our experimentation process, budget allocation, and its documentation
- Document and share experiment outcomes and insights with the marketing team and cross-functionally where applicable
- Stay in the know on the latest and greatest channels, tactics and campaigns that can drive B2C growth
