Responsibilities

  • Developing paid social targeting strategies
  • Setting up and managing campaigns
  • Optimizing performance to meet or exceed predetermined benchmarks
  • Being the social media expert during the media planning process for existing and prospective clients
  • Selecting and prioritizing which social media platforms should be incorporated onto a media plan based on research into audience data, reach and frequency, targeting capabilities, creative and messaging, campaign objectives
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across popular social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Hypothesizing, researching, testing and optimizing paid social targeting strategies for a wide variety of audiences
  • Implementing campaign management best practices including account structures, naming conventions, UTM tracking, A/B testing, etc
  • Pulling large datasets, categorizing data, and inputting into centralize database, as well as writing and presenting meaningful, actionable performance insights to the client
  • Working with the larger marketing team and strategy to support brand-wide initiatives, improve publishing cadence and carry-out efforts to measure the impact of content throughout the marketing lifecycle
  • Working with design team to ideate and produce compelling content, providing feedback where necessary
  • Staying informed of the latest trends and tools in social marketing to increase brand visibility

  • Passion about social media; up to date on trends, best practices, and best-in-class campaigns excelling across social
  • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong willingness to collaborate and engage cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly, ask smart questions, and make recommendations in stakeholder meetings
