- 4+ years of experience managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns with a proven track record of driving profitability and scaling performance
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and campaign optimization, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to craft effective ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
- At least 4 years managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, with a track record of scaling performance
- Proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar, alongside advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong ability to create or collaborate on impactful creative assets and ad copy
- Demonstrated experience executing data-driven campaigns that achieve business objectives
- Exceptional collaboration and proactive communication skills to work across teams
- Expertise in advertising platforms and analytics tools to optimize campaigns effectively
- Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of pacing, performance, and reporting for all campaigns within a critical business vertical. Ensure alignment with KPIs and business objectives
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing campaign data and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Drive measurable improvements in CTR, ROAS, and margins through advanced testing and data-driven adjustments to keywords, audiences, and creative assets
- Launch campaigns for new sub-verticals, driving scalability and incremental revenue growth
- Demonstrate expertise in managing advertising campaigns, achieving year-over-year profitability growth, and aligning cross-functional efforts to meet strategic objectives
