Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Strategist or in a similar role with a strong track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and approach problems innovatively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Utilize various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of paid media strategies and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets that drive engagement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
