Your main responsibilities include planning and executing PPC strategies, connecting PPC actions to business results through analytics, leading and developing the PPC team, and innovating to improve performance across paid social channels. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in Paid Search campaigns, strong data interpretation skills, and proven team leadership experience. Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Paid Search campaigns regarding strategy, launching, optimisation, tracking, analysis & reporting
• Understanding how different business actions contribute to business results
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to plan actions based on data
• Previous experience as a successful and inspiring Team Lead
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Plan PPC strategy, set directions & goals, and delegate particular tasks to Team members for implementation
• Connect PPC actions with business results through measurement and analytics
• Lead & develop PPC Team, inspiring good team spirit, teamwork & cooperation, through empowerment and motivation
• Seek innovative ways to test and develop new initiatives that will improve performance now or in the future through all paid social channels
