Summary
The job is for a Paid Search Manager at WebMechanix, a digital marketing agency that has recently merged with Level Agency. The position is fully remote for US residents and involves managing and optimizing paid search campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Search. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience managing Google search accounts with a $25-$100k monthly budget.
Requirements
At least 3+ years managing Google search accounts with a $25-$100k monthly budget, experience working on Google Ads lead gen campaigns (B2B experience a plus), in-depth understanding of Google Ads, robust analytical skills, strong communication skills, in-depth understanding of all PPC metrics and how to improve key metrics, the ability to create internal and external reports that effectively communicate complex data, 4 years of college coursework or equivalent experience in a related field
Responsibilities
Building and optimizing lead gen-focused campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, developing testing plans, creating reports, researching clientβs industry, business, and keywords, communicating with team members and clients, writing copy for ads, landing pages, etc., writing briefs, keeping project management tools updated, working within each clientβs assigned scope, suggesting out-of-scope disciplines & strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Excel experience, presentation skills, prior experience working at an agency, experience collaborating with an internal marketing team, working knowledge of data integrations, general knowledge of effective team & client communication & workflow, thorough knowledge of workflow management & optimization, conversion rate optimization - simplifying website experiences, content creation - experience writing search ad copy
