Summary
Join Medialicious, a growth marketing partner specializing in social gaming, as a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist. You will manage Search and App campaigns for our diverse client portfolio, optimizing ad performance and maximizing ROI. Your expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and data analysis will be key. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires proven experience in managing successful Search campaigns, particularly within the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Ads and related platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing successful Search campaigns
- Previous experience within the online gaming industry (Casino & Sports)
- Proficiency in Google Ads and related platforms, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Basic understanding of website tagging and tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make informed decisions
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and advanced features such as pivot tables, data visualization, and formula functions
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment
- Ability to empathise with user and understand customer journey
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute highly effective Paid Search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads) and App (Google UAC) campaigns that align with clientsβ objectives in the online social gaming industry
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimization to ensure the acquisition of high-quality users
- Continuously adjust bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes
- Perform A/B testing to fine-tuning strategies for optimal results
- Monitor, analyze, and provide insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and industry-leading practices in paid search advertising, specifically within the online social gaming sector
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure ad alignment with overall marketing objectives and maintain a cohesive brand experience
- Utilize advanced conversion tracking and other measurement tools to assess the impact of campaigns, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Proactively identify and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Familiarity with Google Ads DemandGen and Video campaigns
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Google Ads certifications (Fundamentals, Search Advertising)
