Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Search, Display Network, YouTube)
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, specifically conversion ads, lead ads, remarketing, engagement, etc
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and ability to analyze data for decision-making
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and optimization
- Familiarity with paid media best practices and strategies across both search and social channels
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Implement and track conversions using Google Tag Manager
- Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Work with clients to develop tailored strategies aligned with their business objectives
- Create, monitor, and refine paid media strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with strategists and project managers to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Use A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in paid search and paid social advertising
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Grants experience
- Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
