Requirements

• Have 1-2 years experience with paid social media campaigns (Meta, Snap, Pinterest, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Be a driven, focused, and data obsessed individual
• Have a strong interest in social media advertising
• Have a data-focused mentality with the ability to distill down difficult concepts into bite-sized bits
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Be a self-starter and takes a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
• Have a Bachelor's Degree and strong desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Help the Managed Services team complete and carry out paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) for customers
• Lead weekly syncs and work with team members to implement customer requests
• Perform daily optimizations and complete testing roadmaps
• Learn the ins and outs of Smartly's leading creative and automation tools
• Be a direct line to the product and engineering teams to help them develop existing and new parts of the tool
