Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media ad campaigns and working directly in Facebook Business Manager
  • 2-4 years communicating with clients and meeting expectations/deadlines
  • Understanding of basic Google Analytics functionality and reporting
  • Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights
  • Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights for client strategy
  • Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong interest in advertising
  • Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (if needed)

Responsibilities

  • Focusing on planning and execution of paid social campaigns across major social platforms for both D2C and B2B clients
  • Managing social media budgets, pacing and monthly spend reconciliation for all assigned accounts
  • Developing creative insights and optimizations that include copy, headlines, CTA, and A/B testing
  • Buying and optimizing media within Business Manager of multiple social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Analyzing and reporting on paid metrics within platform
  • Staying on the pulse of industry updates and releases and transforming into testing and learning opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience working with product catalogs and pixels within Business Manager
  • Agency background preferred but not required
