Requirements
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years experience in a day to day management of paid social accounts and/or influencer marketing
- 1+ years of experience focused on TikTok media buying and strategy
- Proven track record of generating ROI positive campaigns on TikTok
- Analytical thinker- always asking the βwhyβ and not afraid to speak up
- Strong experience running Paid Social campaigns within Facebook and Instagram
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day paid social operations, with a focus on TikTok, for clients spanning a variety of verticals
- Fully manage the TikTok media buying and strategy of at least one client
- Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your client(s)
- Collaborate across the team to help create blended paid media strategies
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators to receive assets for client campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce & direct response experience
- Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows
- Experience working with influencers and utilizing an influencer management platform (Julius, etc.)
Benefits
- $75,000 - $85,000 salary
