Summary
Join CTC as a Senior Paid Social Buyer and become a Meta expert, collaborating with clients and the Growth Team to build successful campaigns. Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions on targeting, messaging, and optimization. Conduct multivariate tests, establish client relationships, and provide weekly updates. You will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with paid media, and proficiency in relevant tools. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a team player, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of paid media experience managing budgets of $350,000+
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Ability to forecast budgets based on historical data & client goals
- Unique combination of humility and ambition
- Willingness to work weekends or after hours as needed
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals properly
- Insatiable curiosity and a drive to solve problems
- Desire to take risks after careful examination
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data and identify trends to guide clients and the team in building successful campaigns
- Make data-informed decisions on targeting, messaging, and optimizing campaigns for the best possible outcome
- Conduct multivariate tests to determine the best-performing creative and target audiences
- Scale client accounts and find solutions when campaigns don't meet expectations
- Establish trusting relationships with clients and provide weekly updates as the primary point of contact
- Develop strategic plans by combining data analysis and client feedback
- Make tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
- Continuously tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics
- Incessantly investigate account performance and adapt strategies based on statistical outcomes
- Be among the first early adopters when it's time to pivot and share early insights with the team
- Write compelling direct-response advertising copy
- Build out campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
- Ensure all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to timelines and budgets
- Project a monthly account budget plan for each account in relation to account goals
- Champion communication, giving and receiving feedback timely
- Ensure everyone on the team has clarity on campaign performance and creative testing results
- Back ideas and opinions with data and share learnings with the team
- Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to ensure the best results for clients
- Implement tests in accounts to beat best-performing campaigns
- Pull and sort data tables from previous campaigns to guide creative teams
- Assist with accounts of non-Sr. media buyers
- Report data clearly to leadership and clients
Preferred Qualifications
Skilled in ASANA or relevant project management software

- $75,000 - $85,000 base salary, annually
