Maintain and improve the hotel's facilities by completing preventive maintenance tasks according to the schedule. Ensure cleanliness of work areas and proper care of hotel-supplied tools. Actively participate in energy conservation initiatives and propose cost-saving measures. This role requires documented technical/vocational training and one year of experience in a hotel engineering department. A strong understanding of civil or plumbing systems is essential. The position offers the benefit of remote work.

Requirements

• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute
• One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department
• Good civil or plumbing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans
• Clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly
• Look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift
• Actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel
• Suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department
