Summary

Join FormAssembly as a Partner Development Manager and play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key System Integrator partners, including Salesforce, Hubspot, and AWS. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of FormAssembly's system and its functionalities, collaborating with partners to align their expertise with client requirements, and negotiating mutually beneficial terms for partnerships and projects. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing and developing relationships with leading System Integrator partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue generation through lead referral, executing sales processes, and meeting individual quotas. Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce, Hubspot, or AWS experience
  • Fantastic communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to advocate, educate and increase FormAssembly technical awareness
  • SaaS webinar & technical demonstration experience
  • Salesforce, AWS, or Hubspot ecosystem sales experience
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with System Integrator partners that meet our Ideal Partner Profile that services our partnered Hyperscalers in AWS, Salesforce, and/or Hubspot
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Earnix system, its functionalities, integration mechanisms to facilitate meaningful discussions with partners and clients
  • Collaborate with partners to align their expertise with client requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for partnerships and projects
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that address clients' unique challenges, leveraging the combined strengths of our technology and partner offerings
  • Oversee joint initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless coordination between FormAssemly, partners, and clients
  • Continuously assess market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative strategies for growth
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication between partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment
  • Effectively address challenges and roadblocks in partnership initiatives by leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with leading System Integrator partners such as Slalom, Cloud 4 Good, and Arkus
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate capabilities of the FormAssembly system
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including cross-functional teams and managing timelines
  • Deep understanding of Customer Data Collection best practices and data security protocols for PII, HIPPAA and FedRamp
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to to anticipate industry trends and identify partnership opportunities
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving partnership landscapes
  • Being able to build relationships with partners and own the revenue generating relationship from lead referral to executing a sales process to meet an individual quota
  • Act as the connective tissue of the company, fostering collaboration between diverse departments
  • Channeling your inner problem-solver and innovator to address challenges creatively
