Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and russian

Responsibilities

  • Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners
  • Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect
  • Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions
  • Creating and managing a risk register for current partners
  • Analyze the conversion ratios and traffic quality
  • Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners
  • Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits)
  • Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.)
  • Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners
  • Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.)
