Requirements

  • You have a Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • You have previous experience working in B2B Sales or Success roles, and managing negotiations
  • You understand pricing strategies
  • Data analysis: you have experience in Excel/Sheets and GSuite. Experience working with Tableau and/or Metabase area โ€œnice to haveโ€
  • Communication skills: you have business fluency in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of digital partners (apps, Live Classes, and Personal Trainers), ensuring high satisfaction and performance
  • Identify and prospect new partners to bring into the network, focusing on key regional and global players. Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and enhance margins
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful partner integration and launch strategies. Coordinate with commercial teams to identify trends and needs from the clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners. Monitor partner performance using data analysis tools. Present data insights and performance metrics to partners
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure processes between all external parties and the CX team are accurate and fluid
  • Provide training on digital partnerships to Client Success and Sales teams
