Summary

Join Minitab as a Senior Partner Account Manager and build a thriving partner ecosystem within the United States. You will identify, recruit, and manage resellers, distributors, and consultants to drive revenue growth. This role requires 10+ years of indirect channel business development experience in enterprise software, exceeding $1M in annual partner revenue targets. You will collaborate with internal sales and services teams, develop partner business plans, and provide sales support. Requirements

  • 10+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software markets with average annual partner revenue targets > 1M USD
  • Experience in working with software technology resellers and distributor (i.e. SHI, Insight, etc.) as a vendor or partner manager
  • Consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • General familiarity with structured value based and/or consultative selling methodologies and processes

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, enable, and manage a partner ecosystem within a geographic region
  • Identify and foster Resellers, Distributors and Consultant Partnerships that are committed to driving both recurring and new business revenue growth with Minitab within the United States
  • Align the Reseller, Distributor and Consultant partner ecosystem in full support of Minitab’s global go-to-market plan, the regional geographical operating plan, Minitab’s customer engagement lifecycle and value-based delivery approach
  • Drive necessary partner enablement programs
  • Develop and execute annual partner business development plans
  • Provide sales support to the partners for all industry verticals
  • Understand and leverage the partners’ customer interactions and initiatives for Minitab’s products, solutions, and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-channel experience and experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales and services team along with partner to close deals
  • Business Intelligence, Six Sigma, OPEX and or Statistical Analytics experience
