Join Pennylane's Tech Partnerships team as a Partner Account Manager ISV and make a significant impact on the daily lives of millions of entrepreneurs. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with existing ISV partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual goals and accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing joint business and marketing plans, acting as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in account management and a strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem. Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry
- Experience/ understanding in the ISV ecosystem is highly desirable
- Fluent in French & English
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture and manage a portfolio of ISVs partners. Act as their primary point of contact and advocate for partner needs within Pennylane
- Develop and execute joint business & Marketing plans with ISV partners to achieve mutual goals. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, marketing, …)
- Monitor projects and ensure progress towards a go-live within a defined timeframe
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure goals are met while providing regular reports on partner stage, pipeline, and revenue contributions
- Shape and enhance our ISV Partner Program with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition and driving growth through strategic partnerships
