Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record in winning and delivering retained search assignments
  • Sophisticated networking/sales skills
  • Deep subject matter expertise in one or more industry sectors
  • 10+ yearsโ€™ experience of delivering to revenue targets
  • Considerable experience of senior stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Experience in a research-driven executive search environment
  • Experience in writing insightful profiles and reports
  • Experience working within tight timescales and high-demand client or environments
  • Strong external networks and understanding of best practice
  • Effective project management skills
  • Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities and using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Customer focused. High candidate & client focus, lateral thinker, problem solver, able to work independently with chance to use own initiative
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop and introduce new business to Cielo
  • Deliver business through a team of researchers
  • Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships
  • Direct project teams
  • Write insightful profiles and reports
  • Work within tight timescales and high-demand client environments
  • Build robust relationships based on trust and confidence
  • Deliver results that benefit the customerโ€™s business objectives
  • Proactively increase own knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Keep abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies
  • Produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions
  • Solve problems, analyze complex situations conceptually, and provide workable solutions to stakeholders
