Summary
Join Human Edge as a Partner Development Manager and build impactful partnerships to fuel our mission. You will identify and evaluate potential partnerships, develop and execute partnership plans, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to drive mutual value and accelerate business growth. This role requires collaboration across teams, performance analysis, and proactive identification of new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience in business development or strategic alliances. This position is based in Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Czech Republic, Romania, or Ukraine and requires a valid working visa/permit.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Have 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build, negotiate, and sustain impactful partnerships
- Possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and craft innovative partnership strategies
- Have experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Be based in Poland/ Hungary/ Serbia/ Czech Republic / Romania/Ukraine with a valid working visa/ permit
Responsibilities
