Summary

Join AudioEye as a Partner Development Manager - EU and contribute to the expansion of our partner network. You will identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners in Germany, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities. Collaborate with partners to maximize revenue, plan joint marketing campaigns, and navigate reseller ecosystems. Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and enhance partner engagement. Monitor performance metrics, develop enablement programs, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Travel will be required to meet partners and represent AudioEye at industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Sales within a SaaS company, with a proven track record of success
  • Located in the UK
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with executives, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and represent AudioEye at industry events

Responsibilities

  • Expand AudioEye's partner network by identifying, recruiting, and successfully onboarding new strategic partners in Germany
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships with key partners across relevant verticals
  • Collaborate with partners to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Plan and support joint partner marketing campaigns while articulating AudioEye’s value proposition to diverse stakeholders
  • Understand and navigate reseller ecosystems to optimize partnership strategies and achieve business goals
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Account Management) to align strategies and enhance partner engagement
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics, develop enablement programs, and support partners in selling and supporting AudioEye solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Travel as necessary to meet partners and represent AudioEye at industry events, strengthening brand presence

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the agency landscape, preferably with experience working with major network and web design firms
