Partner Development Manager

Summary

The Partner Development Manager at SMS Magic will focus on recruiting, building, and activating new partnerships across various industries such as Financial Services, Credit Unions, Mortgages, Insurance Brokers, Healthcare, etc. The role involves working with the VP of Growth, alliance leaders, product team, and sales and marketing teams for joint market development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum experience required is between 8-10 years in a similar role
• The ideal candidate would have a bachelors and/or masters in a business or technical field
• The candidate should be comfortable working hands-on with technical solutions and have a basic understanding of the product and tech stack
• The candidate should be familiar with API integrations, SDK’s and knowledge of the activities involved in building a strong partnership with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and activate new partnerships with a focus on various industries such as Financial Services, Credit Unions, Mortgages, Insurance Brokers, Healthcare, etc
• Work directly with the VP of Growth and assist in continuously driving new business through partner recruitment
• Participate in weekly partner development activities with respective alliance leaders, webinars, education, joint market development activities such as events, trainings, and enablement for the target partners’ sales and marketing team
