Summary
Join Xplor Pay as a Partner Development Manager and make a daily impact. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will contribute to a team developing comprehensive payment solutions. Responsibilities include developing partner relationships, understanding their business models, and leveraging Xplor resources to generate revenue. You will educate partners on Xplor resources, communicate product features, drive sales, monitor performance, and support contract negotiations. The role also involves resolving escalated issues, preparing business reviews, and participating in partner events. The position offers a fully remote work option for eligible US-based candidates.
Requirements
- Must have payments experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and/or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations, including roles/responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision makers
- Become educated on Partners’ business models and go to market strategies to identify opportunities to leverage Xplor resources to generate revenue
- Maintain relationships through periodic communication with Partners
- Educate Partners on available Xplor resources such as Partner Home, New Merchant Home, and Campus to promote self-service
- Understand and communicate Product features and benefits to Partners
- Drive Sales production through regular interaction with Partners
- Monitor and report on partner production performance
- Work with Partners to establish and track business goals and performance metrics, such as depth of sales pipeline and Marketing efforts
- Assist Partners with inquiries related to residuals and other reporting
- Support negotiation of pricing, contract renewal and other commercial terms
- Develop understanding of available Integration options, features, and benefits
- Drive resolution of escalated issues through interaction with Xplor support teams
- Prepare periodic business reviews for assigned Partners
- Visit Partners as determined by management guidelines
- Participate in Partner events where appropriate
- Maintain Partner information in organization databases in a timely and accurate manner
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years related experience managing ISV Partners preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft programs
Benefits
- The average base salary pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000
- May be eligible for monthly bonus
