Summary
Join Saviynt as a West Region Partner Director and establish partner relationships for adoption and representation of our cloud identity & access governance platform. This role will work collaboratively with the Regional Vice President of West Sales, the West team of Account Executives, and our existing Partner Organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Management experience in the enterprise software industry
- Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships
- Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy
- Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment
- Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard target Solution Providers for the West Region
- Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets
- Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners
- Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success
- Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the βmarket-toβ motion of Saviyntβs products to this set of partners
- Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market
- Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements
