Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in partner sales and business development, specifically with enterprise and strategic partners, ideally in commerce SaaS
  • Grit and creativity. Fearless and creative approach to prospecting, so itโ€™s not just cold calling. You think about ways to spice up your outreach and switch it up, youโ€™re naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, listen and learn from conversations
  • Driven: Youโ€™ve got a competitive attitude, even better if youโ€™ve got previous experience crushing a sales quota or hitting measurable goals
  • Proven track record developing and maintaining partnerships driving revenue growth
  • High energy, optimistic, excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and conviction
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a time sensitive environment
  • Youโ€™ve got a bias toward action, love to dive in and get stuff done
  • Youโ€™re not thrown off by a fast-moving, quickly changing environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and the execution of GTM strategy with partners including co-marketing initiatives
  • Identifying high-potential businesses, verticals and markets, and developing and executing outbound strategies
  • Develop and manage partnerships to drive sales, pipeline and ultimately revenue growth
  • Provide partners and their teams with training, resources, enablement and support to sell and promote our products and solutions
  • Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both Alloy and each partner to define and execute joint technology, marketing and sales initiatives
  • Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using Alloy
  • Learning our technology and effectively communicate our value to both technical and nontechnical audiences, adding value at every customer touchpoint
