Summary
Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Microsoft Partner Sales Manager and drive strategic growth initiatives between T-Systems and Microsoft. You will play a key role in co-selling activities, incentive alignment, and positioning offerings within the Microsoft ecosystem. Collaborate closely with the Alliance Manager, Program Manager, Microsoft DACH stakeholders, and internal sales teams. This role requires managing sales opportunities, delivering sales briefings and training, managing incentives, and supporting marketplace listings. You will also participate in business reviews and act as an operational interface between Microsoft and internal business units. Remote work is possible within Hungary. The position requires strong English and German language skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate joint account planning and opportunity tracking with Microsoft teams
- Maintain pipeline transparency and contribute to forecasting accuracy
- Organize and deliver joint sales briefings, trainings, and enablement sessions
- Create and manage sales collateral, battle cards, and sales kits
- Assist in the application, governance, and tracking of Microsoft incentive programs (e.g., ECIF, AMMP, Co-Sell)
- Optimize usage of incentive funds and report on utilization and impact
- Guide solution owners in listing offers on Azure Marketplace
- Ensure co-sell eligibility and support private offer creation
- Participate in QBRs, business reviews, and joint planning workshops with Microsoft
- Act as an operational interface to both Microsoft and internal business units
