Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry
- 3+ years of experience in partner management with large technology vendors
- Strong knowledge of Prominence’s strategic technology vendors
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work remotely and independently from personal home office
- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and business reviews as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strategic partner relationships with technology vendors
- Identify sales opportunities through partner relationships and joint marketing activities, and ensure their successful transition to sales team through joint conversations between partner, prospect and Prominence sales team members
- Support initial sales conversations in a solution architect type capacity. Provide knowledge and insight to illustrate how the partner’s products and Prominence’s solutions will meet the prospect's immediate and long-term strategic data needs
- Enable staff at both partner and Prominence, providing education to each on capabilities, case studies, solution briefs, upcoming marketing activities, available training options, and other identifying / completing other activities as appropriate
- Work with project delivery and marketing teams to create content for marketing, including supporting campaigns, events, customer webinars/presentations and other marketing activities
- Support the partner management team in building relationships with new partners as deemed necessary by Prominence Advisors
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Palantir, including direct experience with at least one of the three in a sales, marketing, partner or technology capacity
