Summary

Join Typeface, a fast-growing GenAI company, as a Partner Manager to lead and expand our global alliance with Salesforce. You will build and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence through joint go-to-market initiatives. This role requires strong executive-level relationship management within Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration across various teams. You will own partnership performance metrics and influence product roadmap discussions to align with Salesforce's platform and customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, with at least 3+ years directly managing Salesforce relationships
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange, and partner programs (ISV/OEM/SI)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful GTM execution through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent executive presence and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable working with KPIs and dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global partnership strategy with Salesforce across products, industries, and geographies
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within Salesforce
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives including co-marketing, co-selling, and solution bundling. Align with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling joint value propositions and sales enablement materials
  • Own partnership performance metrics including sourced/influenced revenue, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction
  • Influence product and roadmap discussions to align with Salesforce’s platform evolution and customer needs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical integrations and AppExchange strategies
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations to structure partnership agreements and maintain compliance
