Summary

Join Shippo, the shipping layer of the internet, and become our Partner Marketing Manager. You will play a critical role in accelerating growth across strategic segments, focusing on building and executing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, boost engagement with API users, and strengthen relationships across our partner network. Working cross-functionally, you'll create campaigns and experiences that amplify the impact of our API products and partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing and executing co-marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams, launching campaigns and educational content, designing and implementing marketing strategies for existing customers, and evaluating marketing channels for growth opportunities. You will also establish KPIs, report on program performance, and manage multiple initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of experience in Partner or Customer marketing, preferably with API-first products or SaaS platforms, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Partner or Customer marketing, preferably with API-first products or SaaS platforms
  • Partnership & Developer Program Leadership: Experience building successful B2B co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners or integrations
  • Program Design & Execution: Demonstrated success launching and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes. Ability to develop and deliver compelling content across customer segments and channels
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Account Management
  • Project & Performance Management: Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure impact
  • English Fluency: ability to effectively collaborate with native English speakers and communicate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with key partners in the WMS/IMS ecosystem to drive customer referrals and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Partner teams to identify top-priority partners and activate joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Launch campaigns, events, and educational content that highlight the value of Shippo to our partners' customers
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for existing API customers to increase retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead customer-focused campaigns such as case studies, technical webinars, and exclusive customer events to deepen engagement
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to deliver marketing that supports post-sales growth
  • Evaluate marketing channels across partners, developers, and customers for growth opportunities
  • Establish clear KPIs and regularly report on program performance with actionable insights
  • Own project management across multiple initiatives to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
