Summary

Join Keeper Security as a Partner Operations Specialist and contribute to the success of our global partner sales teams. This 100% remote position, with hybrid options in the Chicago area, offers the chance to work with a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. You will be responsible for supporting partner onboarding, training, and pre-sales efforts, ensuring seamless operations. The role involves creating sales and marketing materials, managing events, and maintaining compliance. You will also identify opportunities for training, improve workflows, and collaborate with various teams to achieve revenue targets. Travel is required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
  • Basic project management skills
  • Content creation and training skills
  • Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate partner sales
  • Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements
  • Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organisations
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on reporting and data integrity issues in Salesforce
  • Identify, document and implement improvements to streamline inefficient workflows
  • Create, deploy and manage MSP and Channel playbooks or SOPs
  • Triage requests from internal and external partners and route them to appropriate resources
  • Align closely with Partner Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management and Legal to our strategic initiatives
  • Manage Partner Portal access, content and training
  • Participate as part of the Channel and MSP teams to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company

Preferred Qualifications

Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
