Summary

You will work with internal and external partners to review marketing materials for compliance, answer partner inquiries, submit issues for resolution, facilitate program implementations, train partners on the marketing portal, build stakeholder relationships, conduct quality reviews, remediate compliance findings, and meet service level agreements. This role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year of prepaid experience is desired. Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Review marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines
  • Answer incoming Partner calls, emails, and correspondence with the Networks, and internal departments and attend regularly scheduled Partner & internal team meetings
  • Submit issues for resolution to appropriate departments
  • Facilitate, drive, and complete department specific program implementation tasks
  • Train Partners on and monitors their use of the marketing submission portal
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct ongoing quality reviews of Partner marketing materials
  • Remediate applicable Compliance Review findings
  • Meet and maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined by department criteria
  • Meet and maintain acceptable Quality Review scores as defined by department criteria
  • Participate in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of prepaid experience desired
