Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) in partner enablement, training, customer education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of enablement, training methodologies, and adult learning principles
- Hands-on experience building training and enablement programs from scratch
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Mandatory fluency in English and Portuguese
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute scalable partner enablement programs that improve onboarding, education, and product adoption
- Create high-quality training content across various formats, including text, video, audio (e.g., podcasts), and interactive webinars
- Build and maintain onboarding assets for new partners, ensuring a smooth ramp-up to full engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve partner readiness through continuous education and learning experiences
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation to enhance communication and partner outreach, ensuring that training and enablement efforts are effectively delivered and tracked
- Partner with internal teams (Lifecycle, Product, Success, Marketing, etc.) to align enablement efforts with company objectives and partner needs
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize content and delivery methods
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in partner enablement, content creation, and digital learning strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global role, creating content that resonates across different regions and cultural contexts
- Experience in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with advanced data analysis and dashboards
