Summary

Join TestRail as a Partner Marketing Specialist and play a key role in driving impactful marketing initiatives with partners worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between TestRail and its partners. You will build and nurture strong partner relationships, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and develop go-to-market plans for technical partnerships. Responsibilities include creating co-marketing content, maximizing partner marketing investments, analyzing and reporting on partner initiatives, and leveraging multi-channel data to identify new opportunities. A portion of your time may be dedicated to supporting similar initiatives for Ranorex. Your efforts will directly contribute to growth and success for both TestRail and its partners.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a self-starter attitude—always eager to learn, share, and improve
  • Exceptional English writing skills with a proven ability to create high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials (blog posts, white papers, presentations, datasheets, brochures, etc.)
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on joint initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Solution Architecture, Product Marketing, and Content) to integrate partner campaigns with our overall marketing efforts
  • Develop go-to-market plans for technical partnerships, ensuring effective sales enablement and training materials for both internal and external teams
  • Create and manage co-marketing content across multiple formats— blog posts, guides, templates, case studies, newsletters, and more
  • Maximize partner marketing investments, track ROI, and continuously optimize strategies for the best outcomes
  • Analyze and report on partner-driven initiatives, measuring impact in terms of traffic, leads, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Leverage multi-channel data (webinars, community forums, support) to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of leading development and DevOps tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
