Partner Operations Specialist

Summary

Join cargo.one, a leading digital platform for air freight bookings, and become a Partner Operations Specialist. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the connection between freight forwarders and airlines, driving partner success and supporting their digital transformation. This position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with airline stakeholders, analyzing performance data, collaborating with internal teams, and improving the platform experience. You will work remotely from almost anywhere in Europe, ideally based in Berlin. The company offers a remote-first culture with regular in-person meetings and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years experience in a customer facing role such as customer success or operations and project management skills
• You are a data wizard, proficient in analyzing data and trends and drawing conclusions (skills with databases, SQL, a programming language are a significant plus)
• You are curious and driven to help our partners succeed
• You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the ability to build strong long-term value-driven relationships with various stakeholders
• You possess an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Own relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with local airline stakeholders in EMEA (airline sales teams and general sales agents) and onboard, train and guide them through their digital transformation journey
• Monitor and improve performance: analyze reports and market trends to monitor the quality of supply and operational performance of our partner airlines. Identify and implement improvement areas to enhance their digital selling capabilities
• Collaborate internally: work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product and integration managers, to find creative and scalable solutions and proactively improve the service level of our airline partners and the freight forwarders’ experience using cargo.one
