Summary

Join Pathward, a hybrid, remote-office financial empowerment company, as a Partner Relationship Manager. Responsibilities

  • Review and approval of marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Partners through regular communication via phone, email, and meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and network operations, to address client needs and deliver solutions
  • Facilitate, drive, and complete department-specific program implementation tasks
  • Complete submissions of programs to payment networks for their review and approval
  • Train Partners on and monitor their use of the marketing submission portal
  • Manage the self-approval process for assigned Partners by training them on the process, encouraging utilization, and ensuring Partners are meeting and maintaining qualification levels
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned Partners and their programs
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct periodic reviews of Partners' compliance to guidelines and rules and complete reports of the findings
  • Remediate applicable Compliance Review findings
  • Meet and maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined by department criteria
  • Meet and maintain acceptable Quality Review scores as defined by department criteria
  • Participate in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments
  • Other duties as assigned
